Payfold — Terms of Use

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Not tax or financial advice

Payfold estimates gross-to-net pay using published federal, state, and FICA rates for the current tax year. It is a general estimator, not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or financial advice, and does not account for every possible deduction, credit, local/county tax, or individual circumstance. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional or your employer's payroll department.

No warranty

Payfold is provided "as is." We work to keep tax figures accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the calculator is error-free or that results exactly match your actual paycheck.

Purchases

The "Remove Ads" purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple's App Store, governed by Apple's Standard EULA. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored via the app's Settings screen.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its content. Payfold is for personal, non-commercial use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
